Unfortunately, it is not possible to reorder a previously taken photo, as we retain customer photos for a maximum of 90 days due to privacy concerns. This policy is outlined in our privacy policy for your reference.
If you still have the original photo from your previous order, you can certainly upload and place a new order using that photo. We value your privacy and ensure that your photos are handled in accordance with our privacy policy to protect your personal information.
