2.1 All our offers are non-binding, and we reserve the right to modify offers, products, and rates.

2.3 An order is considered finalized at the moment the payment for the order is received. Subsequently, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.
3.1 We will deliver your order confirmation digitally to the email address you provide or by mail to the address you provide.
3.2 When placing an order for a digital passport photo, we will send you the photo via email. The photo sheet and photo file will be included in the order confirmation email.
3.3 When ordering a printed passport photo, we will send you the photo by mail. The order will be dispatched within 24 hours from our offices in the Netherlands.
3.4 If we have not dispatched your order within 24 hours, you have the option to cancel the order. However, you cannot cancel the order solely due to a perceived delay in delivery time, as we rely on our delivery partners and have no control over their operations.
4.1 All rates listed on our website are in $ and inclusive of VAT.
4.2 Failure to fully complete a payment may result in the cancellation of your order.
5.1 It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt and provide us with any feedback within ten days, including the order number, your name, and your email address.
5.2 In the event that you have not received your order or if the photos are damaged during shipping, we will promptly resend your order.
6.1 We shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from access to or use of our website. Additionally, we do not provide any warranty or guarantee that our website is free from errors or functions without interruptions.
6.2 We strive to maintain the content of our website as up-to-date and comprehensive as possible.
6.3 We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, validity, completeness, or timeliness of the services, products, and information offered on our website. We shall not be held liable for any discrepancies in this regard.
7.1 In the event of force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the order without judicial intervention. We will notify you of such circumstances via email. You are not entitled to claim damages in such cases.
7.2 Force majeure refers to any error or shortfall that is beyond our control or not attributable to us under the law.
